i'm creating a short movie for a little environnemental association, the movie will be sold on a DVD (less than 1000 copies) and I wonder if the standard licence is enough for the audio files I purchased on adobe stock ?
The Audio Extended License is required for projects which will be distributed via:
TV or Radio
Paid-access on-demand or streaming video
Apps or Video Games
Physical Point-of-Sale Locations
My guess is that your application is not part of those projects, so I would take a standard license.
Look here for more information on licensing: https://community.adobe.com/t5/stock/links-for-licensing-terms/td-p/11366788 (Disclaimer: As always with licensing, this is my interpretation of the rules. I think they are correct and advice is based reading and interpreting the license terms and on fair use for both the buyer and the artist/stock company, but I can not rule out that my interpretation is wrong. I'm not an Adobe employee)
