Licence query re translated versions

We have a query on the licence we have with you in relation to use of artwork we have created (with stock imagery embedded) being shared with an external supplier to add translated languages onto the base artwork?

Please could you get back ASAP so we can discuss. I tried to call but can’t seem to get correct connection to reach you for some reason.
