Licenced the wrong image

Like many others, I accidentally hit the licence button when I just wanted to click on the image to enlarge it. Can you please look into this? file ID #269557942

I suggest you try Adobe customer support: Adobe customer care can be contacted here: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html - click the small callout at the lower right of the screen and type "agent".

Your second option is to wait for a friendly Adobe employee to step in here.

I have verified that you have licensed asset id and have granted you a replacement license. Please delete asset from any downloads or library at your end.
