Hi, following a student project I went to adobe stock after hearing about free videos being shown at the Adobe MAX annual conference, so I wanted to know how long it takes for the licenses to be "accepted" and if I might have a problem. Thanks

I do not know about problems to be expected. Licenses are immediatly granted.

Not for me or my account I get a message asking me to confirm my request: "You cannot license this file as you do not currently have access to Adobe Stock. Please confirm your request and our team will contact you."

What is the asset you want to license? I've now tried with 2 different accounts, both don't have a stock license subscription and licensing was immediate. I seams like your account explicitly locks out Adobe stocks. I can imagine that with some Enterprise configurations, licensing of stock assets is limited to some authorized accounts only.

Work around: create an own private Adobe id and license via that one. You should have access to all free assets even without a CC subscription.

Could you provide steps on how you are trying to access the files? I've seen another report of this and want to understand the issue you are seeing.
