Hi! I use pics for sky replacement for broker pics. If I download a pic from Adobe stock can I only use it once for sky replacement of a real estate pic or can I use it again?

It's not the use, but it's the customer who is important. So, you need to license for each different customer.

All other restrictions in the licensing terms, however, are still to be respected.

(Disclaimer: As always with licensing, this is my interpretation of the rules.
