Licensed Adobe vector keeps downloading wrong file

I licensed stock vector 210879539 (Hand painted blue watercolor background. Watercolor wash. By smotrivnebo). The vector downloads and when I open the eps file in Illustrator, it is a brown camoflauge image. I've chatted with support for a while and keep getting passed around and I don't think they understand the issue. It downloads with the correct item id, but the file itself is not correct. I need the correct file for a client's logo. Can someone please direct me to the correct department/person who can located the accurate file.

I see you've reported this issue to customer care and received a replacement license. Please find a substitute image. The contributor made an error when uploading the file. I'll report this to the content team for review.
