Licensed media not transferred after merging two accounts

My company had two accounts with Adobe and wanted to merge them.

So the active subscriptions from Account 1 were transferred to Account 2, but the licensed images/videos from Account 1 were not transferred to Account 2 (not shoing in the "license history" overview).

How can I get them transferred in order not to lose them when Account 1 gets finally deleted?

Thanks!

Thanks for all the suggestions!
I reached out to the customer hotline and they had to open a ticket with the backend team. To do this, they sent an email to both accounts' contract admins to agree to the transfer. Its now in progress, but I am hopeful this should work!

I would contact Adobe Customer Care to see if there is anything they can do to transfer, however this post states its not possible to transfer Adobe Stock licensing. If you are an Enterprise customer, have your admin file a support ticket via the Admin Console. If you are an individual account, contact customer care via the chat pod on Adobe.com (type Agent to get a real person) or reach out via X to adobecare

I don't think account 1 will be deleted. Licenses are never invalidated even though the account no longer has an active stock subscription.

I'm not sure that the licensed images can be transferred to a different account. If it is possible, you will need to pass via Adobe customer care.

The best option for such a situation is a Teams (or Enterprise) account.

If now it won't be possible to transfer the licences, you will need to keep alive the account with no subscription attached to it. That should work fine.

Transfer worked great - all images now show up in the license history at the second account!
