Licensed Photo Now Unavailable?

I licensed asset #141264343 and am now getting a message that it's no longer available? How is that possible if it's an image I already paid for?

The contributor or Adobe may have deleted it from the database. If you licence an item, you should absolutely store it locally. If the contributor pulls the item from the database, you can still use it, but you can't download it any more.
