Licensed vector will not open in Photoshop

I licensed and downloaded this file, but the .ai only has words in an Asian script, and the file does not open in Photoshop. I've opened vector files in PS before (and I have the latest version as part of a subscription). Any help for me?

Hi laurab,

Please let us know if you are still having difficulty with this file. It can be exported as JPEG from Illustrator if you download the vector, but there is an issue with opening the file in Photoshop directly from the Adobe Stock download.
