Looking to find the artist of this photography

Hi everyone.

I need your knowledge to find the artist of one of photography which we used in our lessons. I asked my teacher but he doesn't know the artist. The only thing which he can say, it's a photography stock in Adobe 97's book and maybe of Andy Katz.

It's just curiosity because we had photoshop course with this image. And I really like it, and wanted to know the artist.

I tried to ask to Adobe and directly to Andy Katz by his website. I wait a reply.

There is Cyrillic in the background, so it may be an artist from eastern Europe: the former Soviet Union or Bulgaria or Serbia.

Yeah maybe it's an artist from eastern Europe, but maybe it's travel artist too. I know it's like looking for a needle in a haystack with the poor information which I have.

I saw you're an Adobe Community Professionnal, do you have database with this picture ? I searched all the day, on Google, Adobe Stock and waiting for a reply by Adobe or Andy Katz but nothing...
