Lost Adobe Stock credits

Some of our Creative Cloud Team members seem to have lost access to our Stock credits amounting to 325. We pay monthly for this and I have the invoice if needed. We pay 65.99 per month and get 25 credits per month. Normally we have 3 users who have access to this and now there's only 1 person in the team who can see the credits. Is there anyone who could help? Thank you.
