Hi, a colleague has licensed this image AdobeStock_461362851.
It is very low quality. Metadata indicates it is a scan from a film camera shot in 1988.
Regardless of the fact that it was scanned at large dimensions, the original image was apparently low quality by current standards and is unusable for the large format artwork it was licensed for. Please advise.

There is nothing you can do about this, except for asking a credit to be returned.
