MANAGE PLAN LINK IS MISSING

I couldnt cancel my plan, because manage plan link is missing and now a month is payed unknowingly.

It says you will be able to manage this plan shortly but now a month is payed. I need answers immediately please and i want to cancel my plan.

Can i have my money back or no ?
