Hi,
Since we work in a crucial sector, the current Corona crisis resulted in everybody at our office having a double caseload. And communication seems to be suffering. My colleague told me I could download 10 more images after the initial free trial images since the subscription would be on a monthly bases. Now when I try to cancel I find out it is a yearly subscription (paid monthly). This is way more images than we need and way more costs than we can afford right now! Is there a way to apply for some leniency here? Perhaps my colleague should have read better what he was getting into, but everyone is under a lot of strain at the moment.
Also, it remains very unclear to me if the images for the remaining 11 months would still be available for download if I would cancel the subscription right now, while being held to pay for the remaining 11 months.
Thanks,
Janet

Hello Janet,
You've signed up for a 1 year subscription to Adobe Stock, 10 images a month, paid monthly. The first month was free and you would have needed to cancel within the first 30 days to avoid being charged for the subscription. You may cancel through account management, https://accounts.adobe.com, however a termination fee may apply. When you cancel your subscription any unused license quota will be lost.
