Mistakenly submitted images without marking them as ai generated

Hi, mistakenly submitted around 70 aia generated images without marking them as ai.

Those images will get rejected I know will it make any effect on my account or they will ban me? 

Or how can I fix this?

Delete them and resubmit correctly.

You must go to the "in review" page and delete them one by one.
