I tried a free trial on adobe stock. Two days after I signed up for the free trial they debited my account. As I had taken some photos on my FREE trial, I left it, however when I logged on to my account there shows no active plans to cancel. I assumed that it had then expired.
This month the debit is going off again, and due to me not having funds in that account I am being charged by my bank for the bounce fees.
I cannot talk to a support agent because I don't have an active plan, but yet they try to debit me.
Hi Leslie, as you get charged, you can talk to support. And you need to talk to support for this. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.
Support phone numbers may be found here: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html. Please note that phone charges may apply.
