Monthly subscription policy is not transparent

I just discovered that my monthly subscription is actually a longer term commitment with cancellation fees. Shame on you Adobe for the lack of transparency. I will cancel and never return with that kind of customer experience.

You have subscribed to an annual subscription, paid by the month. If you look at the screen, where you entered your data, it clearly stated that. It is completely transparent. You can regret not having read the indications, but you cannot claim that the indications were not there. And they are not hidden somewhere deep in a 20 pages terms and conditions contract as with my telecom contract!
