My business has a subscription, but I'm prompted to buy when licensing

We have a business account with Adobestock. I am trying to source images for our site but every time I try to select an image, I get a "buy" message, not a "download" message. Help, we are on a tight deadline and need access to images.

In addition, I am not on the seventh attempt to get an answer and continue to be redirected from one automated response bot to another

Hi @DavidSSC,

There are a couple of reasons why this may be happening. If you attempt to buy a video or premium asset you will be prompted to purchase an on demand license. I can see that your team currently has a 10 asset plan. This plan can only be used to license standard assets. If you are not signed in under your organization but under your personal profile you will be prompted to buy a subscription, for standard assets, or on demand for video or premium assets.

Confirm that you see your organization's name under the Adobe Stock profile. Click the avatar and you'll see the selected profile. If you do not see your organization's name, click change and select the profile.
