Hello I am speaking with another account because my other one has been hacked.

The e-mail address was [Moderator deleted private information. Please do not post private information like e-mails and phone numbers] and I assume it has been changed to [Moderator deleted private information. Please do not post private information like e-mails and phone numbers] (suggested by the gj****@mai***.*** in the first picture)

I used to connect myself to Adobe with that google account but now I can't and you'll see multiple immages about that.

I'm trying to get back my Google account but so far nothing worked. So I wondered if it possible de change my e-mail address to keep my monthly subscription!

I can provide you the information you need to prove I'm the owner of this account in multiple ways like giving a part of the numbers of the credit card used for the paiment or the phone that used to be linked before it got changed during this night !

Can I do something to help?

Important: Adobe does NOT contact you unsolicited by e-mail or direct message. If you get contacted by direct message from a person, claiming to be an Adobe employee, look at that profile and look, if they bear the “Adobe Employee” marking under their name. Adobe support does not use Skype to give you support.

If in doubt, ask the forum.
