I didn't received invoices for photos I have bought.

There is no option to download it too in your great system.

Not mentioning that you charged me incorrect VAT amount (In Canary Islands there is no VAT but IGIC so either you add 0% VAT or 7% IGIC).

But most importantly I need the invoice.

Hi KK,

From https://accounts.adobe.com/plans click on View your orders under the Order History section.

I'll need more information about the VAT issue. Please look for a direct message from me momentarily.

Yes. Now I can print the invoices.
Whom can I contact concerning wrong VAT amount?

Somebody who knows how it works in Spain/Canarias.

The best would be a Spanish accountant or someone like this.

By the way. Where is the button or menu to get to https://accounts.adobe.com/orders ?

You know, for people who just want to access their orders without asking / calling and wasting their time for unnecessary things.

Hi Twarita,

How do I have to make the purchase of an Adobe Product to pay IGIC (Canary Islands VAT) since my residence is in the Canary Islands?

In the purchase page only the VAT is shown.

Thanks.

Hola Core45,

¿Pudiste recuperar el IVA y pagar IGIC? ¿Como se tiene que hacer?

Hi @La Palma volcan,

Could you provide me with a little more information about what you are seeing? When you are in the checkout portion of the Adobe Stock site, do you see a field to enter the VAT tax number? Is there a tax ID that you typically use for the exemption when making online purchase?

Hi EvilBugQuen1:

I live in Canary Island (Spain). The VAT for Spain is 21%, except in
Canary Islands: her we paid local VAT named IGIC, and the rat is only7%

When I tried to buy in the web, it only shows VAT 21% and i must paid
this amount, not my local tax.

@La Palma volcan

Do you have an  IVA for this field? For some countries entering the IVA will apply a tax exemption. I don't know specifically if this is the case for Spain so would need more information from you in order to investigate further.

No, I haven´t.

The matter is not an tax exeption. The normal VAT in Spain is VAT = 21%, EXCEPT in some regions, like Canary Islands, their VAT tax is called IGIC and the tax rate is 7%. That is for ALL people who are resident here.

This is the same case requested by Core 45 at the beginning of this post.

Thank you.
