Não consigo cancelar assinatura de teste

Antes de completar os 30 dias de teste já começaram a me cobrar o valor, impossibilitando o cancelamento da assinatura desse período de teste.

Agora quando entro não me dão a possibilidade de cancelar a assinatura.

Não quero a assinatura e não vou pagar por essa assinatura, só quero cancelar. 

Hoje é sábado e o chat não está funcionando, gostaria de saber se eu cancelar a conta, irão parar as cobranças, visto que não tenho nenhuma assinatura?

Charges start at the beginning of the paid subscription, not before. If you have charges, you have possibly bought assets that are not included in the subscription.

 

To cancel your subscription: Cancel your Adobe Stock membership

Só solicitei o teste de assinatura com as 10 imagens gratuitas, só que quando tentei cancelar antes que o teste terminasse, já não tinha mais a possibilidade de cancelar. 

Eles começaram a me cobrar antes de fechar os 30 dias de teste.

Eu não tenho nenhum produto da Adobe e não tenho interesse no momento, só quero cancelar esse teste e não aparece mais essa opção.

Self cancel is not possible in 2 cases: for a brief moment during the renewal (in your case when the free month changes to a paid subscription) or when there were payment problems and the payment did not pass.

 

You do not need to have any other products, but if you can't self-cancel, you need to contact Adobe customer care as indicated above. If the chat is closed for your region, you need to wait until Monday.

 

You could also change your region to an English-speaking region. Chat in English is open 24/24 7/7.

Using the Adobe ID you use here on the forums I can see that you began your trial on the 29th of June. You have 30 days to cancel from the day you signed up. If you have not formally canceled your subscription either through Account Management or via customer care you may have trouble licensing from Adobe Stock.

 

Please reach out to customer care to resolve any issues with your account and to confirm the cancellation of your subscription.
