I tried the adobe stock subscription but didn't find anything that I liked so I left it alone.
This morning the subscription was renewed. I contacted support through chat but they refused to give me any refund saying that there is a 14 day cancellation policy. I HAVENT EVEN USED IT. I tried to get a refund within 14 days but was refused. I was only able to cancel the plan. This kind of service from such a big company is outrageous and disgraceful.
Please provide me with my requested refund.
