Hi.

 

I started the trial subscription of Adobe Stock and it rolled automatically to the monthly charges. I had no idea that it was a annual plan and I didn't intend to subscribe to this and certainly not for a year. I paid months of this subscription but now I have to get out of it and the cancellation page said that I will be charged another $59.98. Now, I had no work for more than a month because of these damn lockdown and you want to charge me for something that I didn't subscribed to, in these times?

 

I hope that we can find a more amicable solution.
