Needing Refund for service never used

I was going through my finances yesterday and found out that I have been making payments to adobe stock for the last three months. I don't ever recall signing up for this and have never even used the service. I never received a single email over the last three months saying that a payment was taken or any online receipt. Because of this, I never even knew I was paying! I tried calling to get a refund but because it is past the 14-day period I am unable to. I spoke to several customer service representatives and mentioned that I have never even downloaded or licensed a single stock. It's extremely frustrating and the customer service representatives seem to just read off of a script instead of addressing my issues. Is there any way to be refunded? As I said, I have never used the service. I have never downloaded or licensed a single stock. I didn't even know I was being charged because adobe never sends any information!
