Hello la communauté,

j'ai pris l'abonnement stock, avec 10 téléchargements gratuits sur la période. cette période est encore encore en cours. J'ai téléchargé une vidéo pour laquelle 77€ me sont réclamés! que faire pour annuler cette facturation et rendre la vidéo qui est un essai qui me coûte très cher.
