Hey everyone,
I'm a little bit confused. So I ordered the free trial month 2 days ago. It said, that if I quit my subscription until the 28th of May, I won't have to pay for anything. Today I canceled my subscription. But unfortunately the intelligent algorithm will only cancel it earliest on 22.06. and I need to pay one contribution on 21.06. .
Is that a joke? I only used the FREE TRIAL MONTH for almost 2 days and need to pay for it, even though the buying information said, its for free when I cancel my subscription until the 28th of May?
I feel tricked.
Greetings

I'm a bit confused by your explanations.
It looks like you have taken 2 subscriptions on the 21st of May, one is the Creative Cloud (7 days free trial) and one for Stock (30 days free trial). That would correlate with your dates.
The CC subscription and the stock subscription are two independent subscriptions, even if taken together. You need to cancel each one.
If this doesn't make sense to you, please post a screenshot of https://account.adobe.com/plans.
I recommend you to contact customer care for clarification on your subscription status and for help with cancellation. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.

Customer care doesn't seem to exist because every link I click on it takes me to the self-help page.

Ok... never mind, it does work but for some reason not from my laptop. Maybe it was my browser (I use firefox on the laptop) but with Chrome on my phone it worked.

That's what I said: If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.
If your browser is set to ignore such pop-ups it will do so. The link is a direct liknk to the chat window.
