Paying monthly fee after cancellation of plan twice

Hi to all, I face a problem the last months. I had cancelled my plan in last November 2022 because I stopped using it, I payed the cancellation fee and after that I was still charged for this plan every month. I realized thi issue a few days ago, I recancelled the plan and I am still being charged the same plan. As a results I have payed a lot of money without any reason. Does anybody know which is the best and efficient way to communicate with the customer service in order to find a solution to my problem and if there is possibility to receive any refunding of these money I have payed so far?

Hi @Minas Argyros,

I see that you canceled your Lightroom subscription in November and that you were sent a confirmation message, but I don't see any cancellation for Adobe Stock until today. Adobe will always send you a confirmation message if you cancel a subscription and don't receive a confirmation message you can check https://account.adobe.com or contact our customer care team. You can search this forum for information on how to reach our support team.
