Personal use on fabric

My mother is making a photo quilt for my daughter for high school graduation. I was supposed to go around and take photos that would be printed onto fabric using spoonflower.com. Unfortunately, with the whole coronavirus problem, I won't be able to get the photos in time. I was wondering if the standard Adobe Stock license allows for the photos to be printed on fabric by a commercial company for our personal use. The quilt will not be sold, and my mother is not being paid. However, Spoonflower would be paid to print the images. Does anyone know if this is permissible?
