Pictures not allowed, support chat not answering

Hello,

i have 2 problems here.

1. My pictures were not admitted because of alleged "copyright infringement" or "missing license".

But I see a lot of pictures of the same place and object here and these have been approved.

So why am I excluded while others are allowed to join? Doesn't the same right apply to everyone?

2. I tried to chat with the support about this but they doesn´t answer me since days.

Hello,

This is a user to user support forum, the photo IDs you listed, we do not have access to, so I have no idea what they are.

If your pictures contain any logos, designs (of objects), symbols, (say representing companies), there is a problem. If you have street photos/videos containing logos, street shops which contain logos, brand names, etc, these are flagged as IP infringement.

So probably your pictures/videos have some elements of these.

If your images have people in them and their faces can be recognised, then a model release is needed.

We live in an age now, where people are being photographed left-right and centre - so-called street photography - without the person's permission. They have a right to their image not to be used.
