Hello, I noticed that I no longer have the points that we have transferred from Fotoli. For what reason have they been lost? I spoke to tech support and he offered me to post here. I would like to add that at this point I am not paying for the plan.
Did you at one time sync your Fotolia account with your Adobe Stock account? If you did that and have since cancelled your Adobe Stock subscription, you would have lost all unused licenses.
Quota transferred from Fotolia expired after one year.
