Is there an option to add info, when buying e.g. extended License on behalf of a Client from Adobe Stock, for which Client I am buying it?

Except if you are a high-volume customer, where you can add that info to the licensing history, there is no way to do what you want to do, that is integrated with the Adobe system. You will need to build that by yourself. The easiest way would be an Excel spreadsheet.
