Premiere Stock MOGRT edit issues

I purchased and downloaded a MOGRT file from Adobe Stock (AdobeStock_278774062.mogrt), and am having problems editing one of the three text fields. I was able to edit all three font selections, but one of the text fields will not change color. I select the new color in the editor, and it now shows the new color, however, the color doesn't change within the timeline? Has anyone ever ran into this issue before?
