Thank you. Yes I gave in and got the free one month trial, as I didn't want to buy a credit pack without being able to see how many credits an item would use. 
Hopefully when I cancel at the end of the month, I will still be able to see this

I've detached this from the original thread, as it really is not connected with the same problem as the OP has.

The amount of credits an item takes is dependent on the type of licence that you take.

• Standard licence: always one credit (plan credit or credit pack credit).
• Enhanced licence with templates: one credit (plan credit or credit pack credit).
• Extended licence: with credit packs: 8 credits.
  With a subscription, it gets more complicated, as the number of credits needed is dependent on the subscription you have. But as you do not want a subscription, I'll let this out.
• Video, HD: 8 credits
  The same remark for a subscription.
• Video, 4k: 20 credits
  Again, the same remark for a subscription.
• Premium images are 12 to 50 credits.
  Again, the same remark for a subscription.

No, it costs one credit in both cases.
