Prior rights on purchased images

Hello,

By end of July 2019, our Fotolia account has been switched to an Adobe Stock account.

But, when you log to your Adobe Stock account, it appears like all images have been purchased on July 30th, 2019 (date of switch to Adobe Stock) as it does not take in account the prior rights you had: I do mean that an image purchased by end of 2017 appears as having been purchased in July 2019 only. And this is a problem with authors who are asking us to proove the image has been purchased in 2017: how can we get this information ?
