Bonjour à tous,

Je rencontre un problème avec mes crédit. Bien que mes crédits aient été régénérés à 100 vu que j'ai souscrit un abonnement annuel, je n'arrive pas à les utiliser. Chaque fois que j'essaie de les utiliser, cela ne fonctionne pas.

Est-ce que quelqu'un a déjà rencontré ce problème ? Si oui, comment l'avez-vous résolu ?
