Problem installing mogrt Premiere file

I recently bought a Motion Graphic Template from Adobe Stock with the id #302940846.

It's the Minimal Corporate Titles for Premiere Pro. Once I downloaded it, and tried to install it to my Premiere, y cannot select the specific title I wanna use. The downloaded file only contains a single mogrt file but it's supposed to have 10 different titles.

How can I select the one I want when everytime I try to put it into some video, it seems like if the whole bunch of titles appears at once?
