Hi ABAMBO you seem to be a master of nacigating Adobe stock, I wonder if you can help me out with something, and that is I have a 16 pack credits pack, want to licence a couple of tracks but am constantly sent via Permiere Pro to the web page with the track eg. https://stock.adobe.com/au/search/audio?k=489864516 and when click on the shopping cart I get a quite for xx dollars and cant see a way of using my credits at all. Do you have any thoughts suggestions on this? See attached also. Thank you in advance.

If the same Adobe ID holds the credits, I would guess that this is an issue with Premiere Pro and their interface to Adobe stock. I've seen a similar issue recently.

I would suggest, you licence the asset from the stock site using a browser and replace then the track inside of Premiere. I know, that involves aditional steps that should not be necessary, but it is probably the method that works best, until the issue has been solved.

(BTW: if you want to tag someone, you should use the @ sign and their screen name. That will show up in their notification panel. Like this: @Bruce27268620uex6. I answer a lot of questions, and you are lucky, that it's still on page one of this forum, and by chance I scanned the thread. 😁)

Thank you @Abambo that makes sense and have actually been doing that. However my company's plan apparently has a stock quota of unlimied images and 14 credits. When I go to licence a track, I'm quoted a whopping $263!! However, when I log in to my personal account that has 8 plan credits, I can licence the same track for 1 credit. See attached snapshots. I dont understand why I can't use the plan credits in the Enterprise account to do the same. Any thoughts on that? and thank you in advance!
