Hi Claudio,

Sorry to hear that you are facing issues with Adobe Stock services.

I have checked your account details under the Adobe ID used in the forums and noticed that you had signed up for Adobe Stock 10 images per month(one-year) plan on 17 May 2016. The subscription is active and also you still have 120 remaining assets in your account which are yet to be downloaded.

You can view your available licenses in the blue box in the top navigation bar once you log in to your account(on Adobe Stock)

When you log in to your account, how many licenses do you see on the blue box? Could you please attach a screenshot and confirm the Adobe ID (with which you are logging in to Stock) in a private message so that we can further assist you?
