PROBLEMA CON ADOBE STOCK

Recientemente hemos cambiado de VIP para la gestión de nuestras licencias, las cunetas se han respetado en el cambio, hemos reiniciado las sesiones correctamente y todo funciona pero ahora no vemos las descargas de los STOCK que teníamos hasta antes del cambio. ¿Es normal? ¿Hay Solución?.

@Marketing360477894370 It's possible to combine download hitory of old&new accounts together. Please contact customer support and get a ticket logged. They will be able to tell you what infomation is needed.
