Purchased a vector file, turns out it's not a vector file

This image is supposed to be a vector. As soon as I opened it and saw that the artboard was 319x519px, I knew something was wrong. Resized it for use in a poster and it was crazy pixellated. Turns out it's just a bunch of very low resolution images in a vector file. Completely useless for any modern print or digital application. I would like this refunded and this submitter's other assets checked for these shenanigans.

Not sure why the artboard size is "wrong" - it could be anything for a vector. What app did you open it in? What format did you download it in?

Illustrator, it's an AI file. The artboard size isn't necessarily wrong, I agree that the artboard could be any size, but I've never seen someone work on a vector at a one inch scale. A vector file with an artboard of that size is immediately suspicious. Obviously, the reason for the arboard size is that the artwork assets in the image are basically glorified pixel art. There's only one vector element in the file, and that's the background gradient mesh.

Including pixel images in vector art is a non-conforming file and that should have been rejected by the asset moderator.
