Purchased image was supposed to be transparent but it is not

Thank you for your email. Yes I have seen and tried these. I don’t have Illustrator to turn off the background layer. There is only one layer and the image I have purchased is similar to the mist spray where it is impossible to erase the background and keep the image in tack.

Is someone able to please send me the image without the background layer on? It is image ID #309408191

You need Illustrator for this, unfortuneatly if no pdf preview is embedded. With a pdf preview and depending on the application, it is sometimes possible to switch off the checkerbox layer, if the file is correctly build.
