Hi.

I apologize in advance for my English but I'm Italian.
I used a 7-day trial, still current, of adobe premiere pro and adobe stock to try and create audio-video content.
But I realized that it is too difficult to use it for me. By mistake, looking for some content on adobe stock,
ignoring that it was linked to my payment method, I click on a video content and the purchase starts
by mistake. Now since I don't know how to use the content, I kindly ask if a refund was possible,
also since it's not a few euros. Waiting for your kind reply, greetings.

As soon as you wanted to licence this item, you got asked to confirm your purchase, as this was not included in your plan. You could (should?) have used, a stock trial plan that includes HD videos, or you could have tried the program with one of the thousands of free assets.

 

I do not know if there is a solution for this, but in all cases, you need to contact Adobe customer care and negotiate your way out. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen

If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.
