Purchased licenses for images that require Illustrator to make background transparent ...

I don't have Illustrator - just wanted images that have transparent backgrounds ... purchased license for two images that both show grey/black checkerboard that is actually part of the image in Photoshop.

I have deleted them, but would like request a credit back for the following assets:

• FILE #:  234937983

Yes, you will need Illustrator to remove the chequerboard. If you are still interested in the assets, I could assist you in that task, as I have access to Illustrator and normally, it's not a lot of work. Just let me know, before you get granted your replacement credits.

Thanks for the offer but I found an image that was already transparent and brought into PS to finish the job. I understand its easy, just annoying that its not avertised as such and requires extra steps and add'l software.

All Illustrator assets are best accessed and edited in Illustrator. I suppose @Vani_100 will chime in and grant you the replacement credits.
