I don't think you'll receive any legal advice or guidance from Adobe; however if you require assistance in obtaining proof of the license to use the asset, they will probably supply that.

Thank you. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find the right contact person or department at Adobe for this issue. I need to explain the situation in detail, as customer support did not fully understand my request.

Well, if you explained as above, I can understand the agent. Did you get a copyright strike from someone pretending to be the rights' owner?

Thank you for your response. I actually provided a more detailed explanation to the support agent. I kept my comments here brief because I prefer not to mention company names in a public forum.
To clarify: the issue concerns a trademarked sign that appears in an image I licensed with an Extended License from Adobe Stock. The trademark owner, through the intellectual property firm representing them, submitted a complaint which resulted in the removal of my product listing from the e-commerce platform.
I’m now trying to reach the correct contact at Adobe to discuss this issue further and clarify the scope of use under the Extended License.

That may be true. A defense method to avoid having new members doing phishing operations as happens hell too often. Unfortunately there is always a drawback.
You tagged them, I did tag them. When they come on-line, they will react. There is unfortunately no way for us to know their work schedule.

Even if I don't send any messages, I keep getting this error. A little while ago, it let me send one test message, but when I tried to send a second one, I got the same error again.
