Hi! It's my first time using adobe stock and although I purchased my license, the website denies my request whenever I try to download something. I don't know what to do and I'm hoping for any advice or support 😞

Did you try the following:

  • logoff/logon
  • clear cache and cookies
  • change the browser
  • change the computer/tablet/phone
  • change the network: from office to private or cell.

 

You may contact Adobe customer service if you can't solve your problem yourselv with above tips. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.
