"Unknown error" while uploading vector

Hi everybody,

I'm trying to upload some vector images on Fotolia (ai 10 + jpg zipped).

I always get "unknown error" as a result. I didn't have any problems like that before. Maybe some kind of system bug?

I tried to uplad via FTP as well, didn't work either.

Any ideas?

I'm using Adobe Stock, but here a message is posted. And as long as there are no news it still stays suspended. And as it is suspended new for some days, I suppose that it is a major problem.

More than 14 days have already passed! What is the problem? How about an information by mail to the provider? It worked until recently?
