"Vector" Image NOT Vector

Hi, recently downloaded Image "358632691" by nikelser
The images Vertical Posts and Red Ropes, the main aspect of the image, are Raster and low-rez.  

Im sure its an honest mistake by the artist, however one that should be corrected.

I can confirm this:

You will need to choose a different asset, as this one will be deleted.

Looping in @Contributor1 for further action. Contributor1 will also grant you a replacement licence as soon as he has confirmed our findings.
