Hello, can someone please help me cancel my plan. It won't let me manage it as it displays the message "You'll be able to manage this plan shortly"

In addition it seams that you can't cancel when the payement is being processed (probably the first day of a paid subscription).

I'm having the same problem like everyone else... Is this how you expect people to keep paying for those subscriptions?
"You'll be able to manage this plan shortly"... did you add a 24 hour delay by any chance? so people can't cancel immediately after subscribing for a trial? You expect us to forget about it and you hope well be charged in 7 days if we forget to cancel?

Same for me, it looks like they're stopping me cancel my subscription by blocking me with this message. I'm not sure this is entirely legal?

Hello, I just did my adobe acrobat pro free trial but I don't want it, I really want to cancel it immediately. Just like I can see for everyone, I cannot manage my plan. Please give me access to mange it, or just cancel my subscription and send me a confirmation for it.

I talked to the customer service in the chat and they said that you are not able to manage your subscription plan before Adobe received the payment for the first month.... I was able to cancel it approx. 24 hours after my payment (which Adobe refunded a few days later...)
Although resolved, this is a very complicated and frustrating way to try to keep customers (as I guess many of them just forget about cancellation on time...)

Thatās a false indication. You are able to cancel the first (free) month.

Yes you are, but still I had to pay in advance! And after my cancellation, Adobe has refunded this amount. Maybe there are different options of plans, but I had definetely chosen the free trial...
