I am having the same issue. I lost 35 credits that we did not know would expire when our subscription ended. I also cannot contact anyone on Adobe support except through the community forums. Is there a way to resolve this? Thanks!

Sorry for the trouble it has caused you.
I have checked your account details and noticed that you had signed up for Adobe Stock-10 images per month(one-year) plan on 15 Mar 2018. The subscription has already been cancelled and that is the reason your assets got expired.
