Cancelling Stock subscription penalty fee

Hi, I am facing some problems too with the cancellation of Adobe Stock Subscription. I have signed for the free trial and completely forgot to cancel it after one month. The first payment was blocked beacause my prepaid card was empty and now I can't update my payment method because of an Error. I would like to pay this first bill for modifying the plan and cancelling my subscription, hoping that I don't have to pay a fee. Thanks.

Sorry to hear that you are facing issues while cancelling your Adobe Stock subscription.

I have checked your account details and noticed that you had signed up for Adobe Stock 10 images per month(one-year) plan on 30 Oct 2018. The subscription has been suspended due to payment issues.
